一、下列三类塔吊，超过年限的由有资质评估机构评估合格后，方可继续使用：
1、630KN.m 以下（不含 630KN.m）、出厂年限超过 10 年（不含 10 年）的塔吊。
2、630～1250KN.m（不含 1250KN.m）、出厂年限超过 15 年（不含 15 年）的塔吊。
3、1250 KN.m以上、出厂年限超过 20 年（不含 20 年）的塔吊。南宁塔吊租赁
二、若塔吊使用说明书规定的使用年限小于上述规定的，应按使用说明书规定的使用年限。
三、除整机外，塔吊主要承载结构件的报废规定，应按照《塔式起重机安全 规程》（GB5144—2006）第 4.7条：“结构件的报废及工作年限”的规定执行。
