The CL pulverizer consists of a main unit (grinding), a classifier, a fan, a pipeline conveying system, a finished‑powder collection system, and an automatic control system.

Working principle:

After the material is fed into the storage hopper, a feeder delivers it to the main mill in measured, uniform quantities for grinding. The ground powder is carried by a high‑pressure, high‑flow air stream generated by the blower into the classifier located at the top of the main mill for particle size separation. Powder that fails to meet the target fineness is recirculated back to the main mill for further grinding, while the qualified product is conveyed with the airflow into a cyclone collector for collection. Once collected, the finished powder is discharged via a screw conveyor for packaging. The purified exhaust gas flows through the cyclone collector’s ductwork back to the blower, and any leakage from the system is vented through a bypass line between the blower and the main mill, passing through a pulse‑jet baghouse before being released to the atmosphere. The entire pneumatic conveying system operates as a closed loop, ensuring environmental compliance within the workshop.

Scope of application:

It is suitable for the pulverization and processing of non‑metallic minerals with a Mohs hardness of 6 or less and a moisture content of 6% or lower, provided they are non‑flammable and non‑explosive—such as barite, calcite, marble, feldspar, limestone, dolomite, wollastonite, talc, gypsum, high‑alumina clay, bentonite, manganese ore, and similar materials.
